I am a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner who is passionate about assisting clients on their health journey by finding the root cause of their symptoms and supporting them with education and the tools to get them back into balance. I believe we’re all sacred beings worthy of love, joy and vibrant health.

I am also a homeschooling mother of two, Clinical Iridologist, Detoxification Specialist, Touch For Health Practitioner, and a Reiki Master.

My regenerative health journey started with a change in my diet to assist my son’s health while breastfeeding. I was shocked as my overall inflammation went down along with chronic symptoms of sinusitis, bronchitis, Celiac, and joint pain. Through homeschooling, I was introduced to Herbalism, and my love for working with plants blossomed. After a sudden loss of a child to cancer in my inner circle, I turned my life right-side up and dove into all things spiritual and health related. I was introduced to regeneratively grown superfoods and the teachings of regenerative health and that’s where I found my passion.

Through my studies and experiences, I found that my mission is to assist and educate people on their health journey and to honor their sacred selves. I believe in this day and age, it’s practically an act of rebellion to heal. So let’s rise together and be well!
